I bought a desk from vario.sg because the design looked nice online, and to be fair, it does look okay once set up. But reading between the lines, the finish just doesn’t feel as polished as I expected. Some of the edges were a bit rough, and one part already had a small chip when it arrived.

It still does the job, so I’m not saying it’s unusable, but for the price, I was hoping it would feel sturdier and more premium. Customer service was alright, nothing major to complain about there, but the product itself was a bit disappointing

Got a desk from vario.sg and had a small issue after it was delivered. I messaged support and they got back quick, no annoying back n forth. They helped me figure out the part I needed and even checked in again after that. quite happy with the after-sales service, felt like they actually cared even after I’d already paid.

Most of the time they have what I’m looking for, but there have been a few visits where the stock just wasn’t there. It’s a little frustrating when you make the trip expecting to grab something specific and it’s missing. I’d appreciate at least an apology or some acknowledgment when that happens

I ordered from Vario it was a smooth experience. As someone who shops online fairly often, I really appreciate when a site is simple to use and the order just shows up as expected, and that was the case here. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the updates could’ve been a little quicker. Overall though, I’m happy with my order.

I ordered from vario.sg and it was Smooth. The checkout was simple, I got Quick updates along the way, and my order arrived without any hassle at all.

The packaging was actually solid, the box showed up clean with no dents or damage. I just kind of regret not paying more attention to the rest of the order, but at least the packaging itself was fine...

I bought a desk from vario.sg and yeah, not really happy with it. Basically, the thing shakes more than I expected. When I’m typing or just moving my mouse around, the whole desk has this wobble that gets irritating. I tried tightening the screws and checking everything, but it didn’t really fix much. For what it costs, I thought it would feel sturdier, but it just doesn’t. Using it every day is kind of annoying.

It took bit longer than I expected to hear back, but support did answer my question in end. They were helpful once they replied, just wish response time was little faster...

The desk looks decent now that it’s finally together, but wow, the assembly was such a pain. The instructions were kind of vague in places, and I spent way too much time trying to figure out a couple of steps that should’ve been simple. I even had to take one part back apart because the holes didn’t line up the way they showed in the manual. Maybe someone who’s really handy wouldn’t care, but for me it was frustrating.

Their reply took longer than I thought, and the steps was a bit confusing. I ended up asking again just to figure out what I should do next, which was annoying.
It did get sorted in the end, but the return process didn’t feel very smooth. Maybe it’s fine if you don’t need to exchange anything, but for me I wasn’t really happy with it.

The staff just didn’t come across as very professional to me. I’m not expecting anything fancy, just basic courtesy and common sense when dealing with customers.

I booked the installation with vario.sg after making payment I started to feel a bit unsure, like wondering if everything would really go smoothly or if I’d have to chase them. But the installer showed up on time, checked the space properly first, and explained what he was doing in a simple way without making it sound too technical.
The work was clean and quick, and he didn’t leave any mess behind. He also helped me test everything before leaving, which I appreciated. In the end it turned out much better than my initial doubts after payment, so I’m happy with the service.

I paid a fair price and got exactly what I needed, so I really can’t complain. Based on this one experience, I’d say it seems like a solid option if you’re just looking for something that does the job without overpaying.

I’ve been using it for a few months now and it still feels really solid. Compared to a lot of similar stuff people seem to replace or complain about quickly, this one has held up great with no issues so far.

My order showed up later than I was expecting, which was frustrating. The items were packed fine and nothing was damaged, so that was good, but I never got any follow-up or update about the delay. It would’ve been nice if someone had at least reached out to let me know what was going on.

I had a problem with my chair and reached out about the warranty. The response took longer than I expected, and I wasn’t really sure what was going on for a while. I ended up having to follow up twice before things moved along. They did get it sorted in the end, so I guess it was okay overall, just a little slow and confusing

I got this chair from vario.sg and overall it’s been okay. Delivery was smooth enough, so no complaints on that part.

The chair does have a few adjustment options, but some of them feel quite stiff and not as easy to tweak as I thought they would be. The armrests and back support work, but they’re not exactly smooth, and it took me longer than expected to get a comfortable setup. Not saying the features were made to sound better than they are, but that’s kind of how it felt once I started using it.

For the price, I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but I do think the adjustability could be improved. It’s usable, just not as refined as I hoped, so I’d give it 3 stars...
